MISSOURI GOVERNOR'S OFFICE FERAL HOG UPDATE
March 12, 2021

The Elites vs Neanderthals

Jefferson City – Rural Community Development Committee – March 11, 2020
Aaron Jefferies – Deputy Director of the Missouri Department of Conservation
Missouri Congressional Delegation, Missouri Governor Office and Representative Smith asked for Detail Report be done for all the Missouri Congressional Delegation - and Staffers
WEBEX meeting was held March 12, 2020.
So, for over a 1 ½ years a Detail Report has been done for all the Missouri Congressional Delegation and staffers but NOT for the MISSOURI CITIZENS, LANDOWNERS AND HUNTERS!!!

50 SLIDES

PART 1 - Title: Governor Office Feral Hog Update minus video (16 Slides out of 50)

Summary of Part 1 - REMEMBER this is all National Security Secrets because you know the Missouri Citizens and Landowners – The Missouri Working Class that is Still Clinging to Guns and Religion, the Missouri basket of deplorables, that has Neanderthal thinking about feral hogs in Missouri cannot comprehend any of this information.

PLEASE DON’T TELL ANYONE! THIS IS ALL TAXPAYER FUNDED SECRET!!!

SEE SLIDE 7 - 12,635 Feral Hogs

SEE SLIDE 8 – FY 2020 50,000 Man Hours of Labor (Save you from doing math – That is 25,000 more-man hours than in 2019 to kill 2,140 more Feral Hogs

SEE SLIDE 7, I am sure that was left out of narration of power point) SEE SLIDE 9 – EFFORT / PIG – ROFLMAO – Cannot believe they put that in it.

SEE SLIDE 10 – MONTHLY HOG KILLS – (April, May, November and December) They have had 3 plans since 2008 – But they are still doing the same thing over and over. The Feral Hog Research done by the MDC from 2009 to 2011 and published 2014 and hidden from the Missouri Citizens http://www.northamericanwildlifeandhabitat.com/missouri-feral-hog-research.html

2009  - According to our data, the majority of control efforts should be applied from March – May and September – October, as these periods are likely to result in the removal of more pregnant females. This is currently in contrast to hog control operations in Missouri, as hog control is often put on hold during these times to reduce conflicts with hunting seasons on our public areas.

SEE SLIDE 16 - FY2020 - 470 Part Time Staff, 6 full time Trappers,

SEE SLIDE 16 - FY2020 - 200 Traps for the entire state, (LOL), SEE SLIDE 16 - FY2020 – USDA-APHIS 30 full time trappers (Bet they forgot to mentioned MDC pays for the 30 FEDERAL EMPLOYEES.)

SEE SLIDE 16 - FY2020 Now they say they spent 67,000 hours but SEE SLIDE 8 says 50,000 – Which is it?

SEE SLIDE 16 – FY2020 they spent EQUIVALENT TO 32 FULL TIME TRAPPERS – (That cracks me up) equivalent does not kill a hog, an actual trapper kills a hog.

PART 2 - Title: Governor Office Feral Hog Update minus video (“1” 17 thru “9” 25 Slides out of 50)

SEE SLIDE “1” - 17 – Guess the MDC survey that says people of Missouri trust the MDC is flawed!!!

SEE SLIDE “2” - 18 – FY 2020 Winter OPS – 150 Employees

SEE SLIDE “5” - 21 – FY 2020 Summer OPS – 128 Employees

SEE SLIDE “6” - 22 – FY 2020 Summer OPS – 200 bait sites.

SEE SLIDE “6” - 22 – FY 2020 Summer OPS – 60 traps

SEE SLIDE “6” - 22 – FY 2020 ALL OPS – 700 TONS OF CORN – (1,400,000 LBS. – YES OVER A MILLION POUNDS

SEE SLIDE “9” – 25 – 30 full time USDA Aphis Trappers, Number is more important than names, now go back to 16 in Part one – MDC has 6 Full Time, add in the 7 other agencies hell lets give them 2 full time trapper each that’s 14 – MDC has an imaginary number of 32 more full time trappers.
30 + 6 + 14 + 32 = That’s a total of 82 full time trappers – Hell I am generous lets call it a 100!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TOLD YOU SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(REAL SIMPLE - May of 2019 – Told Everyone when the NWTF, MDC, Mo Dept of Ag, Sierra Club, LAD Foundation, and CFM along with all the Conservation Groups that fall under its umbrella LOBBY TO CLOSE Mark Twain National Forest to hunting hogs

  – The Missouri Government does not have enough manpower, money, or traps

Mark Twain National Forest has approx. 1,500,000 acres in the state.
To trap 1,500 acres a piece on Mark Twain National Forest alone will require 1,000 Government Trappers at an estimated cost of what the state already spent for 2018 will be 89 Million Dollars to sustain trapper, equipment to cover 1.5 Million acres.

If each trapper gets one fancy drop trap that has electronic trigger activated by humans instead of the whole 9 that exist in the state. That is 1000 traps x $8,000 each for trap. That is 8 Million in traps alone.

May of 2019 – The real number is going to be more like 100 trappers for entire state)

PART 3 - Title: Governor Office Feral Hog Update minus video (“1” 26 thru “10” 35 Slides out of 50)

“EFFECTIVNESS OF FERAL HOG HUNTING CLOSURE”

This is Hilarious – Go to Part 1 – SLIDE NO 8 – STAFF HOURS – They are skewing the data to show that hunting ban on Mark Twain National Forest adds to more hogs trapped and killed.
But in actuality – They added staff hours and moved people to Mark Twain National Forest which adds to more hogs trapped and killed.  HAS ZERO to do with ban!!!!

It is amazing when you put in more effort into Mark Twain National Forest, that MDC did not put in effort into the past, you catch and kill more hogs in Mark Twain National Forest

Remember 2017 Mark Twain National Forest in Forest Report had 20,000 to 30,000 Feral Hogs in the State of Missouri with 50% on Mark Twain National Forest.

Here some data – LESS effort in LESS areas = LESS HOGS KILLED.
MORE effort in MORE Areas with HIGHER population = MORE HOGS KILLED

SEE SLIDE “2” - 27 – Photo of a DOG – Is that a Coon Dog, Coyote Dog or a Hog Dog – Give you one guess what they told the audience. OH the HORROR!!!!!

SEE SLIDE “3, 4 and 5” – 28, 29, and 30  – The graphs are USELESS – FLAWED DATA on PURPOSE – If you don’t show how many staff on that area in past does not matter on outcome in 2020.

SEE SLIDE “3, 4 and 5” – 28, 29, and 30 – FY 2020 - EFFECTIVNESS OF FERAL HOG HUNTING CLOSURE – (Here some data they killed 2,916 Feral Hogs in 2020 on 1.5 Million Acres – with a population in 2017 of 10,000 to 15,000 feral hogs – That means they killed 29% to 19% that is way less than the 70% required but hey the population never grew for 3 years. ROFLMAO

SEE SLIDE “6 and 7” – 31  and 32 – Pure Propaganda to push MDC own agenda with no facts – Arkansas, Kentucky and Tennessee have more hogs than any time in History – Plus it didn’t help that Tennessee Game and Fish raised and release hogs thru out the state we covered this dozens of times. KEEP telling lies and it will become true – READ for yourself

ttp://www.northamericanwildlifeandhabitat.com/missouri-wild-hog-wars.html

But really who give a **** about other states – HEY MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION include this in your governors update next time – CAN’T EVEN remember MISSOURI own history. This story occurs in Missouri from 1997 to 2008 - You will not read this from Missouri Agencies, Missouri Lobbyist or Missouri Mainstream Media!!!!

Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri: A Feral Hog Eradication Success Story

https://digitalcommons.unl.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1004&context=feralhog

National Conference on Feral Hogs

April 15th, 2008 Hunters went after their new quarry with much enthusiasm and an unknown number was removed by hunters from 1997 – 2004 but likely included SEVERAL HUNDRED HOGS.

A total of 93 hogs was trapped and removed by natural resource managers from 2001 – 2004. No hogs have been documented on FLW since 2004.

A probable key factor in the success of hog removal from FLW was intensive trapping efforts in RESTRICTED AREA THAT HUNTERS COULD NOT ACCESS AND SUBSEQUENTLY BECAME HOG REFUGES.

Hunter-pressured hogs were eliminated in this way. Also, certain Hunting Areas on FLW are only open periodically so HOG WERE ALLOWED TEMPORARY REFUGE CONDITIONS UNTIL AREA WERE OPENED TO HUNTING and then pursued diligently by hunters. We also tracked three feral hogs on FLW with the use of radio telemetry equipment and were able to obtain additional information about their movements and groupings. Telemetry equipment can be utilized as an additional tool to track hunter-pressured feral hogs.

AN EFFECTIVE AND COMPLETE FERAL HOG REMOVAL PROGRAM REQUIRES A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH.

FLW utilized a holistic approach including disseminating information, encouraging hunting/killing whenever possible, and intensive trapping in refuge areas to accomplish feral hog eradication.

PART 4 - Title: Governor Office Feral Hog Update minus video (“1” 36 thru “12” 47 Slides out of 50)

SEE SLIDE “3 - 38”  – LIES, LIES and LIES never end - Aaron Jefferies – Deputy Director of the Missouri Department of Conservation the most trusted source in Jefferson City testified that 3,600 hogs killed during the Jefferson City – Rural Community Development Committee – March 11, 2021 – Thursday - Then on March 12, 2020  Friday this was presentation was given but only 2,950 Feral Hogs Killed – OPPS!

SEE SLIDE “3 - 38” – Benton County they killed 13 hogs in 2021 – This region they killed 52 in 2020 – MDC REPORTED ONLY 10 HOGS REMAINED AT THE END OF 2019.

Question; If only 10 hogs remained in 2019 how they kill 65 hogs in the next 2 years. SEE SLIDE “3 - 38” – 200 Trap Sites and 491 Bait Sites the supplement feeding of Raccoons, Opossum and Skunks until April 2 – Just in time for the start of nesting of Wild Turkey in Southern Missouri.

SEE SLIDE “6 - 41” – Love this one – They can estimate how much damage they saved but refuse to share the estimated population they have on file.

SEE SLIDE “8 - 43” – GHOST DNA – ROFLMAO - I guess they forget to mention research that disputes the narrative - A February 2020 study comprised of data from 6,500 feral animals across America showed most feral pigs have a domestic ancestry. https://allthatsinteresting.com/feral-hogs-canada

SEE SLIDE “9 & 10 – 44 & 45” – Hogs released for hunting – Reality = It is Documented that Unscrupulous Hog Trappers from across the United States have been cutting Ears off Hogs in effort to KILL hog doggers dogs or to several injure the dogs. With any luck kill the entire pack if it a Boar that ends up with long tusks.

But never miss a great propaganda photo shoot. Wonder if the trapper remembers when the hog was a piglet or young hog when trapper had caught it then cut its ear off hog?

Hog hunter using dogs has removed the ears off a hog for hunting is as ignorant of a comment as one could make.

TITLE SHOULD READ: ”HOGS RELEASED BY TRAPPERS TO STOP DOG HUNTING”

Remember Performance standard DO NOT exist for trapping hogs in the State of Missouri.

SEE SLIDE “11 – 46” – Hogs released for hunting – Reality – “Colored hogs”
Go to Arkansas, Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, Louisiana, or any other state with feral hogs and there are colored hogs is a trait that just DNA trait that appears, just like albino deer or any phase color animal. lmao. There have been colored hogs in Missouri since the open range law went into effect in 1960’s! Not counting in the 1990’s when Farmers Released hogs because the price bottom out it was cheaper to release than to feed. So, what do you expect? Maybe take a biology class again.

SEE SLIDE “11 – 46” – Hogs released for hunting – Torn Ears – Anyone ever kill a buck with torn ears – Did someone release the deer for hunting? Ever seen to Wild Boars fight they have tusk for a reason – Ears get torn in the wild absolutely means nothing.
OH, that is right it automatically an ear tag that a hunter cut ear to get tag off, then released, sorry forgot. But never miss a great propaganda photo shoot

SEE SLIDE “11 – 46” – Hogs released for hunting – Small Hole in Ear – Really that’s it.
.22 bullet from when trappers were shooting hogs in trap.
Shot pellet from a turkey load from a hunter the hog cross paths with.
Deer Rifle and the hunter shot at it with .243, etc. etc. etc. etc.
WOW maybe hog ran into a limb while running or fighting.
OH, that’s right it automatically an ear tag hole that a hunter took tag off, then released, sorry forgot. But never miss a great propaganda photo shoot.

PART 5 - Title: Governor Office Feral Hog Update minus video (“1” 48 thru “3” 50 Slides out of 50)

“ADDITIONAL CHALLENGES” – SEE SLIDE “1 - 48”

SEE SLIDE “1 - 48” – USDA-APHIS trapper has a hog on his hood – Did he put it on their then took a photo. What are you trying to say?

SEE SLIDE “1 – 48” Hog with no EARS - It is Documented that Unscrupulous Hog Trappers from across the United States have been cutting Ears off Hogs in effort to KILL hog doggers dogs or to several injure the dogs.

SEE SLIDE “1 – 48” Peaceful Protest - Guess the MDC survey that says people of Missouri trust the MDC is flawed!!!

ADDITIONAL CHALLENGES” – SEE SLIDE “2 - 49” ATTENTION Shannon County Commissioners – Read for yourself. – Have no clue what’s going on be glad for Shannon County Commissioners to send message and will post reply on a new post. Or respond below – You option.

ADDITIONAL CHALLENGES” – SEE SLIDE “2 - 49” – Private Citizens on Private Land get game cameras stolen on a regular basis – This proves nothing.

Now taking a dump on the corn pile – Exactly how is this a “OBVIOUS SIGN OF DEFIANCE ON TRAPPING” unless you are the got physic power you do not know ****. Any hiker, or any type of hunter, a kid, or anyone could have done it.

ADDITIONAL CHALLENGES” – SEE SLIDE “2 - 49” – NOW for MISSOURI FERAL HOGS – I AM PROUD that MDC is monitoring the page and added Post from February 13, 2021 for the Governor Office Feral Hog Update.

Did they explain to the Missouri Congressional Delegation and staff why 4 days after the last snow Government trap sits idle. No Corn! No Boot Tracks! No UTV Tracks! No Truck Tracks!
If hogs had been in trap, they would have been in for 4 days. If deer had been in trap, they would have been in trap for 4 days. If someone's pet dog had been in trap, they would have been in trap for 4 days. and COUNTING!!!!!

I am sure they addressed the ADDITIONAL CHALLENGES of NOT HAVING Performance standard for trapping hogs in the State of Missouri.

ADDITIONAL CHALLENGES” – SEE SLIDE “2 - 49” – NOW for MISSOURI FERAL HOGS – I AM PROUD that MDC is monitoring the page and added Post from December 28, 2020 for the Governor Office Feral Hog Update.

Did they explain why MDC REMINDS THE PUBLIC TO PICK UP TRASH, NOT TO LITER WHEN VISTING CONSERVATION AREAS – Don't worry this only applies to general public.

The MDC Corn Bags for hog trapping is the ADDITIONAL CHALLENGE they cannot figure out how to keep MDC corn Bags from blowing out the back of UTV's and Pickups and trash left on the side of the road or on conservation areas does not apply to federal or state government employees.

WONDER IF the citizens of MISSOURI WILL EVER SEE ANOTHER CORN BAG because they fixed the problem? Hell, I don’t even post all I get because its so many. ROFLMAO
