Missouri Wild Hogs attack ANOTHER Southeast Missouri homeowners ‘pet this time in Reynolds County, Missouri.

THIS MAKES 2ND PET DOG IN APRIL - MISSOURI PETS are NOW at risk in Missouri as the Missouri Wild Hog Crisis now reaches homeowners south of Ellington, Missouri.

As the homeowner’s White Labrador Retriever, started barking start then I heard a YELP.

Started calling my Lab and when he got closer, the back side of the White Labrador Retriever was covered in BLOOD!

The homeowner rushed the pet to the Veterinary with a large hole and ripped flesh. After surgery the lab ended up with 2 drain tubes and several stiches.

Veterinary verified that it was damaged done by a wild hog and the dog was very lucky.

You won’t read or see this on any Missouri Main Stream Media, Agency or Lobbyist website, Facebook post, or opinion column. Because it does not fit the narrative of, they are making progress, closing in on the feral hogs or have clue what the population is.

This now makes Three different attacks in four months on dogs.

No. 1 - First dog was not so lucky because it was, Ripped from the bottom of her ribs to her backbone hindquarters. Bollinger County

No. 2 - Luckily the Wild Hog only sliced one of the two Boston Terrier back leg and was able to take to vet and get stitched up. Wayne County

Missouri Feral Hog Task Force - What a Joke!!!!
April 12th, 2019

58 Staff trapping hogs if remember correctly between all agencies.

3,280 Wild Hogs killed in first quarter 2019.

Also Still pushing to close Mark Twain National Forest to killing hogs.

Almost forgot the best part. MDC Leary does not want USDA to give any landowners in Missouri money to help with feral hogs.

Please go watch presentation.

Also individuals are still moving them. Deputy Director AJ makes an appearance.

WILD HOG ELIMINATION IN MISSOURI?

WHAT YEAR will the Elimination take place in Missouri. 2017 Mark Twain National Forest - Forest Report has up to 30,000 Wild Hogs in Missouri but MDC only killed 6,300 that is only 21 percent. Reproduction rate of 166% that means 19,000 piglets born in 2017.

Extrapolation of Mark Twain National Forest and MDC numbers from
2017 and 2018.
"Only problem Estimated 5,126 to 12,493 piglets born in first quarter of 2019"

Picture

2018 it cost the Missouri Taxpayers $266.00 per Wild Hog under the MDC Policy that restricts methods to landowners and hunters in Missouri.

February of 2019 - MDC quote that it only cost 32 to 35 dollar to kill each of the 127 wild hogs at Mingo -

You got to love that GOVERNMENT MATH - COST went from $296 dollars in 2014 and 5 years later $35 dollars. I guess Helicopter are the most efficient method not trapping. I guess depends on the FAKE NEWS they put out for that day or hour.

WOW I guess everything else has gone down in price why is the Wild Hog Budget More this year? LOL

A 2014 Missouri study calculated trapping costs at $264 per pig and aerial shooting at $296 per pig, Jump said.  Brad Jump, Springfield, Missouri’s feral swine coordinator for USDA - Wildlife Services.

THE MISSOURI FERAL HOG TASK FORCE WAY

REPORT, DON'T SHOOT - Keep reports hidden from public, Kill Hogs - Keep specific numbers, sex, age and location hidden from public. Hunters are the problem and lie to the general public, press and politicians

THE TEXAS WAY - KILL - REPORT and SHARE INFORMATION!!!

This past October we launched our Wild Pig Reporting System in order to document the scope of the wild pig epidemic in Texas and beyond. Since then we've had over 1,155 sightings reported across the state! Want to see what's new with our system? Check out our latest article where we discuss how the system works, how to access it, the data that have come in thus far, as well as potential uses for the system in the future  https://nri.tamu.edu/blog/2019/june/whats-new-with-nri-s-wild-pig-reporting-system/
